Röttle Mat & Bak - "Röttle Food & Bakery"
Making the old knowledge of practical baking and cooking and document for us all to take advantage of it, is a very important thing to do! New eating habits have made the old heritage disappearing, including for example legumes. Agneta works with documenting the various kinds of peas and with adapting old recipes to be used today. She is active in running a profitable production of the old crops. She has published two papers with a local connection, "Röttle kvarnar och stampar" (about mills and stamping) and "Liten brödbok från Röttle" (about bread) and a booklet on how to grow and cook legumes, ""Odla och smaka gråärt" (about growing and tasting legumes). She very much likes to give lectures on these topics.
